This policy explains what personal data iptsi ("iptsi", "we") collects through this website and through the games published on it, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

iptsi is an independent HTML5 games studio based in Slovakia. iptsi is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. For questions about this policy, to exercise any of the rights below, or to reach our data protection contact, write to info@iptsi.com.

2. What we collect

• Information you give us. When you contact us we receive your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
• Game data. The games on this site have no accounts and send nothing to us. A best score is stored locally in your own browser, and there is no server-side record of it.
• Technical data. Standard server log data such as IP address, user agent and timestamps, used for security and reliability.

3. Why we use it

• To answer enquiries and prepare proposals.
• To operate, secure and improve this website and the games published on it.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract where we provide a service, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, legal obligation where compliance requires processing, and consent where consent is the applicable basis — for example for optional marketing communications.

5. Cookies and advertising

This website is supported by advertising. When advertising is enabled, we use Google AdSense to display it. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies, use device identifiers and process your IP address to serve, measure and limit ads, and may use that information to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in the consent banner. Until you choose — and permanently, if you reject — the advertising script runs in a restricted mode in which no advertising cookie is set and no ad is personalised, and you can still use the whole site. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Privacy choices link in the footer.

Where you have not consented, or where we are required to serve non-personalised advertising, ads are selected without using your browsing history for personalisation. You can additionally control personalised advertising from Google directly at Google Ads Settings, and opt out of participating vendors at Your Online Choices or aboutads.info. Our Cookie Policy lists the categories of storage we use.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your contact details to advertisers.

6. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure providers acting on our instructions, with our advertising provider where you have consented to advertising cookies, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the relationship, and for the period required by law. Consent records are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate your choice. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

You may request access to your personal data, correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent — including advertising cookies — you may withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew. Contact info@iptsi.com to exercise these rights, and note that you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

9. International transfers

Some of our providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access control and encryption in transit.

11. Children

Our catalogue includes family-friendly content intended for use by households. We do not operate accounts, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this website, and personalised advertising is not directed at children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed, and material changes will be communicated through this website or directly to partners.
