In a two-player game, move your pawn from your starting edge to the opposite edge before your rival. Each turn, either move to a highlighted square or place a wall to make the other route longer. A wall cannot completely block a player’s route.
Choose vs Computer and a difficulty, or Same device to take turns together, then select Start game. Tap or click a highlighted destination to move. Select the wall tool and orientation, then choose a legal wall slot. Use the on-screen options to switch tools. Four-player games offer a race to the centre or the opposite edge; the setup screen describes each.
Use New game / change mode to restart or change the setup. Undo is offered in computer mode when its control is enabled. This is a turn-based race, with a winner rather than a points leaderboard. Online rooms, accounts and remote ratings are unavailable in this website build.
The game keeps board appearance, sound, player-name preferences and help settings in this browser. Names are optional; this build does not send them to a multiplayer service. Clearing site data removes these preferences. Audio and AI use browser APIs, including Web Workers; a current browser is required. The local scripts, fonts and artwork are served with the game.
